1 – Cookies
In accordance with the provisions of the General Provision of the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data, users are informed of how to manage cookies on this site.

– The right of the data subject to ask the data controller for access to personal data (art. 15 EU Regulation), to update or rectify such data (art. 16 EU Regulation), to limit the processing of personal data (art. 18 EU Regulation) or to object, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data (art. 21 EU Regulation), in addition to the right to data portability (art. 20 EU Regulation);
– The right to request cancellation (art. 17 EU Regulation), transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law;
Requests can be addressed to the data controller, without formalities or, alternatively, using the form provided by the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data, or by sending an email to the Data Controller at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
2 – In case of violation of the law, the user has the right to file a complaint with the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data, as the authority responsible for monitoring the processing in the Italian State as better indicated at the site www.garanteprivacy.it and as provided for in art. 77 of the Regulation itself, or to bring the appropriate court (art. 79 of the Regulation).
