Ape Piaggio Vintage vehicles are supplied in long or short body version.

The version with a short body includes a simple set-up, an oven with an internal diameter of 90 cm, a pizza stand with a steel structure for holding ingredient trays.

The version with long box is equipped with a 100 cm internal oven, a pizza spreader counter complete with refrigerated display case and sink with loading and unloading tanks.

On request it is possible to install a gas system.

Each vehicle is a unique piece.
