The European Pizza & Pasta Show”, the professional event dedicated to the food sector and in particular to “PIZZA” and “PASTA”, the symbols of the Italian spirit in the world, will make its debut in London on 13-15 November.
MP Forni, in collaboration with Molino Scoppettuolo, will be present at the 4th edition of the European Pizza & Pasta Show where the main European and United Kingdom companies specialised in the production and distribution of food, managers and owners of pizzerias and restaurants, hotels and catering companies, supermarkets and catering companies will participate.
The event will take place at the Olympia- London exhibition centre where 200 exhibitors and over 5,000 qualified buyers are expected.
MP Forni, on the occasion of the European Event Pizza & Pasta Show, provides a gas oven MP 120, with a low vaulted refractory brick for baking the classic Neapolitan pizza, produced by hand in the headquarters of Mirabello Sannitico, near Naples.
Inside stand 39 B the oven will be in operation for the entire duration of the event.
Molino Scoppettuolo exhibits the entire range of the Pizzeria Line, a mix of flours for professional use, aimed at those who are looking for the ancient and unmistakable flavors of real Neapolitan pizza.
The protagonist is “La Reginella Antica Macina”, flour rich in fiber and wheat germ, excellent for a light, delicate and digestible pizza dough.
