Features

Traditional Neapolitan oven, static, available in wood, gas and hybrid, made in 5 sizes, AVPN approved! Characterized by the flat-curved brick dome that by radiation the heat generated by the dome is transmitted directly to the pizzas being baked.

SORRENTO BISCOTTO PLATE: refractory stone made of natural clay with excellent combustion properties typical of the Neapolitan area. Sorrento Biscuit allows a large amount of heat to be stored and distributed evenly, so that the temperature remains constant. Being a material with high porosity it is subject to higher maintenance.

REFRACTORY PLATE: Special shapes made of pressed refractory clay, characterized by excellent resistance to thermal shock and high load-bearing capacity with excellent yield, homogeneous temperature.

Available with Wood, Gas or Hybrid power supply.
